As part of our services we will welcome you with a sign on your name on it so Our Airport Staff and Drivers will be standing and holding a sign with your name and our TRANSFER IN CANCUNSHUTTLEONTIME logo on it. Our Airport Staff is located at the main exit door (sometimes it takes a long way to get at them and it is after customs and baggage claim) of each Terminal or Airport. Our Airport staff is not allowed to be inside. (Please avoid time share booths or agents inside the airport). You will need to get going until you get at main exit door -sometimes it takes a long way and look for your sign and our Airport Staff.
ARRIVAL PROCESS:
1.- Flight arrives.
2.- Customers fills out the immigration form (1 per person) and the Customs form (1 per family).
3.- Customers go through Immigration presenting the immigration form and valid passport to the agents.
4.- Customers pick-up their luggage at the designated carrousel.
5.- Customers go through Customs presenting the Customs form to the agents.
6.- Avoid Time Share booths and the Tour Operators International Arrival area.

100% of purchase price when cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance.
50% fee of purchase price when cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours in advance.
